What if every child knew they were uniquely made & loved?
This is one of our hopes and dreams, a core motivation that keeps us delivering, creating and encouraging each other in this work.
What about the left?
One of my favourite stories to bring into assembly time is about the left handed solider: Ehud. You can find one of my talks on him here. It’s a great story to really get into, the young people love the grossness of it!
The story tells us about a unique feature of Ehud – we are explicitly told which hand of Ehuds was dominant! It’s there for a reason.
Ehud used his ‘uniqueness’ to do what others would have not been able to! So let us celebrate our left handed friends today and let us pray that every child would be able to accept and celebrate their uniqueness!
