According to the National Day Calendar, today in the USA it is ‘National Sponge Cake Day!’ Well we at CCSWT are not going to miss out on that one! In fact I am up early today getting ready to bake myself a Lemon Sponge Cake, maybe with some blueberries involved if the market has any!
